DONT GO THROUGH THEM! After you make a payment they will wait a month to say you didn't make the payment. I have all my reciepts from payments from them and know if i paid in cash or my card. For the month of August i paid in cash and have the receipt confirming i paid it. Then get a letter in the mail from them a little over a month later stating i didn't make my payment in August. I called and said i did, it was in cash, and i have my receipt. Riley tried arguing with me stating it wasnt paid and that my card was rejected when i didnt even use my card that month! When I tried asking him why i would have the receipt and how come they never called me and said anything or mentioned it when I made my payment for september he was quick to get off the phone. I dont appreciate them saying my payment wasnt made when i even have the receipt to confirm it was paid and in cash. Their poor accounting skills is not my problem and im not gonna let them try and pocket more of my money!
