Worst credit union ever. They wrongfully terminated my mom for a reason the credit union created. She had been a dedicated and loyal employee for 25 years. It seemed they needed an escape goat and they chose my mom that is 65 the oldest in that group and fired her right before the holidays. What’s worse is my dad passed away last year so she was already down an income. They offered no severance of any kind. Please do not do business with them. I really hate that Mississippi doesn’t have laws in place to protect workers from being wrongfully terminated. Small businesses should not treat long time employees like this. I will also be writing the BBB on this matter and the governors office about Mississippi being an at work state. Don’t waste your time or money here.
GCCCU is without a doubt the best financial institution that my wife and I have ever done business with bar none. The tellers remember you and do their best to take care of your needs. I have never had one be less than very cordial to me. I recently closed on a home loan and could not be happier with the experience we had. Accolades to Becky and Tina. You two are the best. I wish GCCCU as much success as possible. Good job, keep it up.
This place is hard to get on the phone if you are a costumer you know what I'm talking about. Then they are often crowded, the lives are ridiculous, yes the one in the bay, then you get up there to the counter waiting over thirty minutes, then they treat you like crap out let's say one teller wants give you an unnecessary hard time. Then on to of all that you get a loan from them pay them on time and they will not report that to your credit... Sure won't they want you to come back to them. Way to keep em down.
