I got here and 130 pm and the door was locked. The employee came over to the door and said she’s not taking anyone else although the business hours for Saturday says 10am - 2pm. She also had one client inside that she was helping! I also called beforehand to see what information I needed before I arrived there. When I called she answered the phone and said hello and that’s it. She didn’t say this is check n go until I asked which was odd. She also didn’t say that I needed to be there before 130pm because that’s the time she closed the store. My time was wasted because I had to drive there only to find out that the door was locked and that she wasn’t accepting annymore customers! I’ll never go there again!
I had a very great experience at Check N Go. I was helped by Tiara who was extremely professional and friendly. I normally don't use this location because there's another one closer to my home. But if you guy's are gonna have Tiara on staff, I will be coming back here for now on. Thank you Check N Go and thank you Tiara for your excellent customer service.
