After recently hitting a rough patch, a friend of mine recommended this company and this location specifically. She couldn't stop raving about the guest service Jeremy provided her in a patient yet thorough manner. After hearing such amazing things about Jeremy, I was able to cast aside my own reluctance about a payday loan Institution and visited the location this past week. When I got there, Jeremy was unavailable. As my nervousness began to rush back over me, a young man named Austin greeted me with a friendly and warm smile. He made the process extremely easy and quick all the while being extremely thorough in answering all of my redundant questions. In hindsight I'm glad Jeremy wasn't available because Austin provided me with the best guest service I've ever received.
Jeremy and Austin have great customer service skills, very cordial and also are fast in doing their job.
