I found the bank staff to be more than helpful and knowledgeable; going out of their way to help even when it's close to closing time. I felt compelled to leave a review due to the few negative reviews. I have been very happy with this bank.
Communication skills are null after they sign you up. If you have a loan you better not have any excuses for being late... just pay! You never get same person to talk to, or return calls. Looking for a place to take care of you... keep looking!
Google not let me give a zero star; which is what this bank deserves. Currently have been on hold 70 minutes with the West Bloomfield branch. Literally no word from a human in 70 minutes. Worst customer service around. I am finally hanging up after editing this post 3 times as my time on hold became epic. Our family will be moving our money out of this bank.
