For quite some time I was not a Genisys fan until I came to this Branch! I absolutely love the Tellers here, especially Nick! Nick introduced himself to me the 1st time he helped me and ALWAYS remembers my Name & says Hello to me even when he isn't helping me! He went out of his way to check some things on our account and set up our emailed receipts (it took some time with all my Bosses Accounts!) and I have always remembered how helpful & friendly he was and always is! It is a pleasure working with with him! The other Tellers are usually very helpful too, but Nick stands out with his Customer Service! Definitely a great Branch to your Banking at!
We opened an account for my 7 year old who was super excited to have his own bank account. Nikki helped us. She was patient, kind, and very engaging with both of us. She also went above and beyond helping count change! My son left feeling special and just as valued as a customer with a much larger account. Thank you.

Amanda Scovel is one of the greatest branch managers that I have ever encountered. Not only is she knowledgeable of the industry, current on Genisys policies, polite and personable beyongd anyone I have ever encountered in a business situation. Amanda not only takes care of business, but makes you feel comfortable, as much as possible in a bank. She also has one of the best support staff around. Never will I leave Genysis Credit Union. I would like to say that for a few years I was not a Genisys Credit Union Fan, BUT there are two locations that have AMAZING Customer Service, the Genisys On W. Walton near Clintonville (the one I am currently reviewing) & the Genisys on Dixie near Sashabaw. I only Bank with Genisys for work. I was absolutely impressed with the Customer Service I received from Nick, he was professional, kind & was so helpful! I felt like he actually cared!! I was depositing a very large check in a new account, after I explained our situation to him (we are in the process of switching all accounts over to Genisys, we had a few with TCF ), I asked how long it would take the check to clear because I have Payroll coming out of that Account and he made sure to release enough funds so that it would cover Payroll for me! He also made sure all accounts were signed up for Email Receipts for me too. I never felt rushed or felt like a bother! He thanked me for our business & introduced himself! I actually look forward to going back to Genisys after the outstanding service I received yesterday!
