I opened an account here earlier in the year, and a debit card I had not used very often completely quit working. I was unable to go into any Genisys (having moved), and was told three different dates of when a new card was going to arrive. In short, I did not have access in any way to my bank account for over a month. I was never able to get a human being on the phone calling customer service, and got responses simply repeating when my card was supposed to arrive through messaging, or that I would have to pay extra to receive one quicker than the 3-4 weeks it was taking. Additionally, I had applied for a mortgage loan, and never got a response whatsoever.
Applied for auto loan with Katie at the Waterford Walton branch. She made the whole process enjoyable. Quick approval and closing on the loan.
After countless mistakes from the person working g my loan I am finished with this place will never use them for another loan ever. Sent proof of insurance the day the loan was issued she forgot to log it in all of a sudden my payments were increased they are fixing it but takes two weeks to issue refund. Why do I have to wait for my money when you made the mistake of hiring an incompetent person to handle my loan? Would give more stars if they would do anything to help me after they made a mistake.
Fee for using coin machine for members. What a shame.
