When I first entered the location Milka greeted me with a smile and positive energy. When it became my turn she was so helpful and polite. This would have been the best experience i have had there so far. I hope she stays around.
Made me give them 5 stars, charged a pretty hefty percentage to cash a money order. Older woman was getting a loan to pay for her cancer medications. These places should be illegal.
Been going to this one for A while . Mike is always cool. always gives you great service. Alisha is new but she is just as good as Mike .It's a great place to get a loan . Both Alisha and Mike are funny and friendly . Will continue to Go here Thanks Guys keep it up
The reality of all these five stars is due to the fact that Mike harasses the customers to give him a five star rating when they come in to loan out. Mike literally took my phone out of my hand to try to give himself a five star rating. I have loaned out of this place for going on three years now and I have never had such a difficult and terrible experience as I have dealing with Mike every time I come in here. It had been about a year since the last time I loaned out from this place due to issues this location was having with staff and my initial contact with Mike was a good experience other than him badgering me to give him a review. However every experience since my initial visit has been the worst experiences I've had dealing with anyone in any of the three different checking goes I have used over the years. Over the course of a few months we have come back to this location out of it's convenience for us and dealing with a couple of different people that have come and go out of this place even over just the past couple of months every experience has been good except for dealing with Mike. Every time I'm in this place doing business with someone other than Mike there is another customer in the facility having a problem with mike while I'm there. It's too bad that 50 to 60% of the people that are having terrible experiences aren't being harassed to give a review online . We will not be back to this facility because there are too many other facilities that provide a higher standard of customer service. This Waterford location has had a revolving door for years and now has for the fifth or sixth time in 3 years has a new manager and the worst one yet! I'm really curious to know why it is that I never have any issues going anywhere else but to this location. With that said my fiance refuses to go back to this location because of the same similar problems that she's had in the past with people that work here. We like to take short-term loans to go on weekend getaways without having to take out credit card debt and it makes it convenient for us... but we will never again go here's long as Mike is employed at this location. You will be missing 1,200 to $2400 a month in loans for your neglectful incompetent customer service skills.
