I’m surprised this place stays in business because they never answer their phones. They make promises that they’ll do something and then they don’t follow through and their “system” seems to always be down.
Extremely easy transaction.
I met a beautiful and wonderful lady, called Cindy. She was very helpful, and guided me very well through the whole process, by answering all my questions of concerns with convincing explaination both practically and otherwise. I am extremely satisfied working with Cindy, as my loan officer. Thank you very much, Cindy.
Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate going here again for a loan. I got another loan from One Main. Leon Nikolai was so easy to talk to and has quite a sense of humor. He did everything he could to get me what I needed with a payment I could afford.
Attempted to get a loan with them. Their corporate office was friendly. However, the Branch Office failed to call back, failed to return schedule calls, failed to delegate work, and gave contradictory information to what the Corporate stated. Mindy in particular seemed particularly vacuous, consistently ignoring established acceptable times (more than happy to call you and try to keep you on the phone) for callbacks and failing to callback. Ultimately, between high interest rates, inconsistent service, and the sudden torrent of offers that have come in due to OneMain sharing information obtained via the loan application process, I would stay far, far away. They sell all the information obtained.
