The "Manager" Marie is totally inept and unprofessional (I don't think she is the actual manager but she says she is). Yelling at people over the phone. She is sending out illegitimate bills to people, threatening legal action, hoping for them to be afraid and pay them money. None of the information they have matches, just the name. I just need to know where they are getting address information from so I can take care of the problem. She said "she would take care of it, she isn't giving that information, and she doesn't have a superior I can speak with." Total scam of a business.
