This bank changed when new ownership took over. It was much better before. The level of customer service has declined drastically.
Like most people I had significant concerns when members converted to 4front, especially since I have been a member since 1993. As of today, those concerns are over. I believe they are finally over the transition hump. I stopped into the south airport office to voice concerns. Pamela and staff were extremely attentive to my concerns and when I left I finally felt like "the very personal care members provided in the past has come through in 4front" Thank You south airport staff for fully rebuilding my confidence in your credit union.
I signed up for something that was a scam. I had all the proof that I was entitled to a refund and 4front did not back me up. Lucky for me it was less than a hundred bucks. Don't put your trust in them they're going to let you down.
I've personally had only two issues having banked with them since it was Members in 2007. One was an accounting error, which they resolved with me quickly. Two is the fact that they switched their used auto financing to compounding interest daily instead of one-time... Unfortunate, but they have to make money, too. I'm also fortunate enough that I no longer live paycheck to paycheck, but even when I was I was taken care of respectfully. They've gone above and beyond for me ranging from helping build my credit to providing widely accessible control of my funds both in physical locations and on their app. 4front has even been a great asset to me while living in different states, including purchasing a vehicle when no local bank would even consider a loan. Judging from all the negative reviews: Maybe don't go here if you: (1) are limited on money, (2) do all your bank stuff in-person, (3) still use checks or money orders anywhere, (4) are generally averse to technology. Probably some other reasons, but I have had a great experience with them overall.
