WHAT YOU NEED TOO KNOW about this corporation and bank. I was treated like they are racist at this branch and I believe the employees at this branch are truly racist. Their atm stole $500 from me and it still has not been put back in my account. Do not bank with citizens CLOSE your account.

Ask for Joan when banking here, others working are usually a little inexperienced and careless beyond simple deposits and withdrawals. Coming here 22yrs since was First Federal.
