Rude customer service!! I thought it was just me. But after reading other people reviews, I stand correctly.
I had a horrible experience with Courtney at the southfield location. She was EXTREMELY rude and condescending on the phone with me after finally calling me back after I left several messages over the course of a few days. As a person who works in the financial industry I dont understand how a place can keep someone like her employed.
One Main Financial helped me secure the money that I needed to fund my home improvement project. Susan at the Southfield branch was very helpful. One thing though that I didn't like was the fact that even though I was a recent past customer that paid on time, paid the loan off early, and had a good credit score I had to put up collateral to secure another loan. It should have been easier for me to get a loan.
My experience was awsome , informative, helpful, and caring !!!
Called me to tell me I was pre-approved for additional funding as I currently have a loan with them only to waste my time and tell me they need for me to have a vehicle to secure the loan when they approved the first loan and told me my vehicle was too old..unnecessary inquiry on my credit report and Courtney was rude...will be sure to pay off ASAP
