I love the credit union overall! friendly staff and very helpful. I don't like that all the drive thrus seem to be computer based. I can no longer get change, money orders or cashier's checks. I now have to go inside and have lost the convenience factor.

They charged me $5 a month for a bad address fee for not updating my address. I got my mortgage through them and they already had my updated address and my updated mailing address from the mortgage loan. So they charged me $25 total out of my account so I called them and the woman on the phone stated that it's a courtesy that they're going to refund me $15 and said I was at fault. I stated to her I don't understand how it was my fault when you guys have it on file from the mortgage application this new address and that's also my mailing address then she stated they only go back 60 days to issue refunds.
