They're attempting to charge fees after agreeing not to charge, if the money would be returned by my niece within the 15 day grace period. She changed her mind two days later and didn't need the loan. This place is a hassle and obviously high interest rates. Had I known she was going to a place like this I'd have told her to do some research. As you can see the reviews are bad. Wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone. OneMain financial is a Big waste of time!
They are always very courteous! The loan experience was fast and easy! We have done 3 loans through them and have always been happy with the process. The repayment options are fantastic! It's nice to know that they are always there if the need arises!
The staff are easy to work with ,the approval process was Made simple, I wind up getting a proof for more than I thought, And the repayment set up is not hard to complete
Too much interest rate
The female that works there. Sorry im really bad with names, was very rude and condenscending. Paid off early just to get away from these fools. Wouldnt recommend to anyone unless you absolutely have to.
