Just share some moments of the customer service. We have been contacted customer service to close our account since they keep charging the account inactive fee since early August 2018. The customer service representative told us to come to the bank/branch to do it, and we can get the fee waived. Then, we came to Central Ave branch in Nov 2019 since we live far away out of state. We talked to the banker about this, and she said she was not able to help us with the waive the fee. We asked her if we can make a request for helping because we haven't received any notice for the fee was being charged monthly from March 2018 to Oct 2019. We have been checking our mail and email, and didn't get any notice from the bank. It is a "surprise" for us that what the banker told us and what we have been told from the phone. We are really disappointment with the customer service in West Center Avenue Consumer Credit Union and the loan officer who said she was not able to help with this. She said she can only refund 6 months fee, and she said she has no access to waive over 6 months, and she couldn't provide any further help with making a special request for the customer who lives in other state or country for this case. 12/13/19 - This is update for my request. I was trying to contact John in the branch. It took me a while to get connected with him. However, he confirmed he cannot do anything for help. We didn't get any notice, and the fee is continues charged to my account. The conversation is not functional at all, and he just keep saying the same thing again and again without providing further help.
We just bought a new car and the loan process was absolutely awesome and quick. Also Tamara Hall who helped us on Saturday was awesome and very helpful
