Slowest Genisys and bank I have ever been to in my life. They separate "tellers" and "members services" which should honestly be one in the same but I guess most banks do this. This place will have their tellers packed but their member services people are playing solitaire.
I have been with this branch since really year 2000 really earlier than that my mom got me in here because then they only accepted the big 3 employees certain people well what I want to say to is that there is an employee that made a mistake and put 2500 in my account well I mentioned it to my mom right away and we called on a dime and I told them I was given by mistake the person receipt by mistake the last transaction before me and the manager told me I don't even remember a thank-you for your honesty no reward of any sort it would have been nice But the Manager told me could I hurry and bring back the receipt with these innocent people account number on it 1st of all if I wanted to do something it would've been done and I could've shredded it from home but they were so into covering a dam mistake that she treated me like a dam criminal I was in my 20s I'm now 40 and the lady who made a mistake is still working there it was a pure mistake but she got promoted and I haven't even got a thanks or nothing I'm surprised I'm still here every time apply for a loan I'm turned down but they gave my kid a loan lol what are the odds sometimes I feel disgusted and unappreciated as a loyal customer and honesty most of all!
I received a call today from this Credit Union over a matter that had nothing to do with me. Looking for a person they thought I knew. My name not on account however wanting me to give person message to call ASAP. They were not in trouble but needed to call. That is none of my business! Then, during conversation the representative made a negative statement about President Trump out of the clear blue sky. I was like what?? We all have our opinions however I think it was inappropriate for a employee to say that in a business conversation. Then to top it off they hadn't even attempted to this other person yet to discuss matter at hand.
Customer service is awful, wait time on a call to find out why our card wouldn't work was over 20 minutes. Too long of holds on check deposits, hate the new app. Switching credit unions this branch has the worst wait time.
Very slow, very unprofessional.
