If I could give this a zero I would. Tried to open up an account there with my wife and was treated absolutely horribly from the start. I have an exceptional credit score and have never had problems with any other bank in my life. However from the moment we walked in they wanted nothing to do with us. They were very rude and hostile the entire time. They treated me like someone who knows nothing about banking. I own a house, have never missed a payment, have a great credit score and have a full-time job where I've been for 5 years now. Still I was just a nobody punk to them. I never opened an account because I got up and walked out. I will never walk into this place again in my life. These people are horribly rude and mean.
Do not come of here you expect to be treated with dignity and respect. This place does not value customer service or return telephone calls when asked to address and issue.
Worst costumer service ever! This is based on multiple experiences. One of their loan officers even threatened to "kill me" over an escalated phone conversation that resulted from their rude service. The website and services they offer are way behind current technology. This would not necessarily be an issue if you could call and get friendly help. But, you might get a death threat instead. Lol.
