Absolutely the worst banking experience you will ever have. Go elsewhere. Ready to close my account after 35 days. They flagged my direct deposit as fraud resulting in me needing two paper checks mailed from my payroll company. After I deposited the first payroll check at 7 am on Tuesday, Friday morning is here with no money still. I tried to send my wife 500 and it kicked it back to my account. It is absolutely terrible service and the app feels like it’s from 2001. It is ancient technology and horribly frustrating. I would leave no stars if I could after reaching out to the customer service team and being told to be patient waiting on access to my own money.
If I could rate zero stars, I would. I cannot believe how poorly operated this place is. They never "received" one of my payments, they took my next one, didn't inform me that one was missing until way too late, stuck me with an almost $400 late fee and when I called to ask for information and help, I basically just got told "oh well." Here's to 8 years of paying off my car with this place.
My mom has been with this place since she was 18 and helped me set up my own account. Shes a side so she shows up for things in my name and lets me know whats going on. This is EXTREMELY USEFUL since I moved last year, and any meetings that have to happen I can have her go in my name which is absolutely amazing and I love this place even from a different state!!
