"Jill" wins the rudeness award. She called the house to tell us my son's payment was late. When she realized I was "Senior" not "Junior" she responds by saying "I wish you had been truthful from the beginning". I didn't hear her say junior. Quite an accusation. I responded that that was quite rude. She told me to have a good day! I don't use Genisys CU and will gladly encourage my friends and family to stay away from Genisys CU. Been banking with them for years..... although very friendly , I was a little puzzled by the fact the teller, Chris, whom I'd never seen before , didn't ask for I'd when I was withdrawing $3000 from my savings.
