Worst banking experience ever. This is my experience from back in November. I financed a trailer through them as my trailer dealer was already set up with them. Went ok at first but then my autopay just quit transferring ( their fault). I kept getting hit with late fees and called several times but absolutley noone could help or seemed to care. So after finally being irritated enough I called into the okemos branch and asking for the routing number to pay off the loan, apparently they cant tell me my own information and would have the manager call me ( I got this information in a real sarcastic tone from the teller). I was just angry at this point. Manager never called me back even after my third call. So I drove through a snowstorm that was going on 45 minutes away just to end my relationship with this horrible bank. When I finally got there they were all surprised to see that I actually showed up. The manager says "i was just about to call you but i had to wait until after 4" i knew that was a total lie. After reviewing my paperwork she couldn't tell why my autopay quit so i was given back my fees luckily and was on my way still very irritated. 1 month later autopay starts working again and keeps attempting to take money from my account Even months after I terminate my account. Dont deal with this bank!!!
Horrible customer service! Took them five days to tell my husband they couldn't help us and we've paid off three loans thrpugh them in the past 2 years ..took my business elsewhere they helped me within one day and pre approved us right away wouldn't even take time to post this but the man that we dealt with put our business on the back burner for a whole week he never answered the phone he was never professional and hes been a member of this bank for years.. the bank that approved us didn't even know who we were and treated us with so much respect and importance and got the job done fast and right and everything made sense to us ! If you're considering baking here please consider how they treat their customersI I have never seen such poor customer service from any Bank besides this specific location
no matter my issue, this place has help me get a auto loan and a personal loan so I can pay my moving expenses. such a great bank in a nice area
Horrible customer service. Every time I go in there the tellers give me a very rude attitude. And no one ever knows what's going on. I try to go in and pay my car payment and they give me the runaround and even the manager has very bad customer service. I wish that corporate would step in and give them some team-building training and customer service training because it's seriously needed.
Great bank, good for local banking but not the best place to get a home loan or mortgage.
