This is my absolute favorite banking institution, with respect to this location specifically. Stephanie and Lois are the best. I didn't have great credit when I started with them years ago, however, they still provided me with the financial means to stay afloat with the hard times that feel upon me at that time. 4 loans later, still the same people, same faces, same wonderful experience. The last loan I took out (which was today) literally took 22 minutes electronically, through email, while I was working, to fully complete and have funds available in my account. I'm not speaking negatively about other financial institutions, but I'm speaking honestly about my credit union. I seriously can't say enough. Called to ask a question about my monthly car payment and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. Would not answer my question. Never had a problem with them until now. This woman needs to quit her job if she doesn't like it and refuses to help a customer. 21 mile and Gratiot location. Will definitely never call them ever again.
Got my auto loan refinanced through them. Lady as very nice when we went in and opened my son's account, website is very easy to use.
