Really nice place, very friendly staff. Except Sarah , but that's okay it's still a great bank. Im always in and out never had a problem until Sarah. Overall great experiences.
They are the absolute worst bank!!! They will let you raise your limit per day to spend at a store but they wont let you raise it to pull money from an atm. They provide no help or assistance whe. It comes to their consumers unless you're directly in front of them. Online banking with them works maybe 2 days out of 5. STAY AWAY
I tried to open an account and they told me to come back because the lady was on lunch. I came back an hour later to get turned away again because someone walked in before me ( the 2nd time) and said she couldn't help me that day because she had loan closings the rest of the day. Will never try to step foot in Mcccu ever again
How many regularly open days do you have to close to complete your remodeling... This has become a huge inconvenience for me and I’m sure many other people.
We recently moved to Monroe county and needed a credit union. So far so good! It seems they don’t have certain app features that our old credit union had but that’s ok. Everyone has been super friendly too, unlike our old credit union.
