Great place to go for help. Mike and heather are always super friendly. Never a bad experience going here. Very helpful. Every weeknight come in there they always have a smile on there face and I always leave with a smile on my face. Great customer service. Couldn't ask for better people.
If you have a 2 year old, don't bring them with you to this store. My son was throwing a fit. As he was throwing his fit Heather says to another customer "this is why people shouldn't bring their kids". When I got to the counter, I told Heather I had another paycheck stub that she had said I would need. She said "don't worry about it, we will get it next time." She went on to process my paper work. I apologized for my 2 year old. She proceeds to tell me "I'm trying to not let it bother me and this is my form of birth control". I felt really uncomfortable and upset after that. I told her "it's my son's nap time and that my life doesn't revolve around my son's nap time." Basically she rushed me out the door and made me feel like I shouldn't have my child in the store. That I was just an inconvenience because of my son.
Mike and Heather are a super team and go out of there way to give great service. I feel like I'm the most important customer in the store and they do this with every customer.
