Well lets start off by saying i have been a member since the first week of January this yr. So far ive deposited 21k through my checking account. Im on track to hit 35k minimum in my career. My house has been paid off since before i came to this institution. Granted i only paid it off in December but i have no mortgage deed in hand. I also own 2 vehicles free and clear. I goto this bank and ask for a 3000 personal loan. Got denied. I have no repossession against me. I have no evictions. I am 40 years old not a child. In my opinion a person could do better very easily by doing their banking elsewhere. This institution doesnt seem to care at all about its members. I will be switching within next couple days. Time to google a real credit union to switch to. My advice would be tell someone you dont like to deal with this shady bank. Other than that stay away
Very friendly staff with great attitudes. They helped me open a checking and savings. Tried there best to make sure I knew all of the benefits. Never banked with them before, but will continue banking with them in the future
