The three years I banked with a Case were nothing short of terrible. They are rude and incompetent. I can’t even count how many times a teller was rude to me, gave me the incorrect amount of money, gave me someone else’s card and money, hung up on me, made false statements on my account and one time I was even told by a teller that “ she didn’t know how to change the address on my cards, so I should just continue to use the old one” Two weeks ago I left a message with the manager of the West Saginaw branch and never received a return call.. this is typical- as it’s not the first time this has happend. Management doesn’t care about customer service and it clearly trickles down to their tellers. Take your money somewhere else- Case is sure to disappoint. Update** the people that are in charge of responding to these reviews also don’t respond back. Just saving face for their google reviews.. they aren’t actually concerned about resolving the obvious issues. They ignore just like the branch managers.. go figure.
THE WORST!! I have been a member for years and the service has dramatically declined over time. Every time I’m in a branch I have a trainee assisting me and it takes a minimum of 25 mins to do simple transactions. I have never went into a branch and been out in under 15 mins. The last teller I got couldn’t even count; she had to get the teller next to her to assist with counting my withdrawal. They don’t accept appointments, not even for business banking. They are extremely understaffed and management simply does not care. I no longer trust this institution with my funds. Beware.
I have peace of mind when I walk in there; I know their excellent customer representantives and the manager would be there for any solution to my problem.
