Their system was down so they had to do everything by hand which was understandable you can't control that. but she were extremely rude and read off my social security number and address off in front of the whole room full people. Im Just hoping nobody wrote down my information. With them knowing that their systems are down and what process they have to take they should do it in a more private setting in the back and not read off people's personal information in a room full of strangers.
