I love Arbor!! I was able to get my dream car at an exceptional rate within a matter of minutes. Dealership wouldn’t allow the check to be overnighted so they met with the sales rep the next day to hand the check over before my car was hand delivered! Don’t let some of these negative reviews fool you as with any bank, there are policies and disclosures that NEED to be read and followed correctly to avoid fees. There is nothing hidden and their customer service is unmatched!
I had an excellent experience with Arbor Credit Union, specifically their mortgage services! I worked closely with Scott Cowherd who did a phenomenal job from A to Z. He was very responsive and informative. My mortgage went through quickly and without a hitch! I highly recommend this credit union to anyone from banking needs to home purchases.

I'm not sure what has happened over the past several years, but I've been in a member for a few decades, and they've gone down hill at a steady pace. It used to feel like an actual credit union, where being a member meant something. Now - big bank feel and actions. Fees increased to match big banks, same with policies. Holding deposits unnecessarily long, etc. Whatever training has fallen aside too, as the experience is horrible typically at branches. I would not recommend them to anyone. PS - no need for some cookie cutter response from Arbor, I've tried many times in person and by phone, no need to try to make yourself look good by a politically correct response.
My loan was not an easy one, And Scott Cowherd my loan officer was able to pull it off. I give them all the credit in the world for making it work. Now my wife and I are first time homeowners and could not be more happy , thank you arbor mortgage.
