This could be a halfway decent bank if they would hire tellers who know how to read. Bovee, the head teller, also has quite an attitude problem despite the fact that any of her tellers could probably do her job as well as she can.
Very outdated by today's banking. Online banking is more of a hassle to sign up for through mail than its worth. Their claim to fame is touch tone phone banking which takes forever to update. My worst complaint is the staff. Very rude, always act as though we were an inconvenience. Many trips in we left and never even got a hello or thank you. Poor experience at best.
