Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful when I go in for a loan!
If I could give 0 stars I would! Biggest POS bank I ever used!! Go to Lake Michigan Credit Union if you want a great place to bank! They screw up your account then sue you for there mistake! All the time I been with LMCU I NEVER had a problem! This bank can piss off!! I never had a place wait 3 Weeks to cash a check!
Have gone to several branches of CWCU to get docs signed and everyone has been very helpful and accommodating.
Love this bank very helpful. Great customer service.
I have been a member for over 20 years. They are always helpful and they have low fees. I do all my banking here, (house loan, savings, checking and credit) they have great banking products. I would definitely recommend CWCU to anyone.
