Excellent service from Treadstone. I met with Scott and he went through everything with me, gave me an idea of what to expect, rough numbers, etc. and an overview of what they'd need from me. The software they use for sharing information was simple and intuitive. They even worked with 3rd parties on my behalf without me having to play middle man the whole time. I definitely recommend this company, specifically Mike Marsman and his team. They were absolutely amazing to work with. Mike always responded immediately to any emails/texts/calls I had and there were a lot with me being a first time home buyer. He made me feel very comfortable and secure with the whole process and they were able to get me to close in less than 2 weeks. Later in the process I got acquainted with Lina and Penny which were both wonderful women to work with as well. Their program they use for paperwork is very simple and easy to work with.
