They screw over to many desperate people for me to ever want to work there. One day they'll screw the wrong person. I'll never bank here or ever get a loan from them ever again. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!
I have been a member for 14 years and am so exhausted with their terrible customer service. There are so many credit unions out there that it's not worth it to waste your time with this place. Dort has been going down hill and if you want to waste your time and energy trying to fix mistakes they make then become a member. If you have a good credit score and dont want your payments rejected for no reason then go to a better credit union than Dort. They will make your life miserable.
After waiting on hold for ever I get the rudest girl. She tells me the wrong information and when I correct her she snaps back that maybe I should come in and talk to a manager. WOW!!
