Was originally going to the store closer to my home in Lincoln Park for a while and ended up stopping in the Flat Rock store while at my daughters. Dawn is amazing and her friendliness combined with her knowledge makes the process so enjoyable! I will definitely continue coming here, it is worth the drive!
Came in to inquire about loaning and I figured I would be waiting for forever. I was so wrong! The employee working went through the line of customers very quickly. When it was my turn, the manager explained the entire process and made things very easy for me to understand.
Brought my mom in and I was amazed at how fast the process was and how friendly the staff is. The manager was training a new employee and they both did awesome. Glad to know that my mom is in good hands when coming in here to conduct business.
