While I've been a member with this credit union for a few years, I've never used them for more than basic banking. This morning I applied for a auto loan and picked up the check this afternoon. Super easy and helpful with the lending department just a quick call away. Local and helpful, I highly recommend.
Greg Coury was my loan officer. He is truly knowledgeable and made what could have been a trying experience, an easy one. He was always available to answer questions and helped with with understanding the why I needed certain documents. It was a great experience and I always recommend him. I am even changing my bank to Community Choice for my personal account. I already have a joint account with my husband. Taking a loan out is usually a difficult process and Greg made it a pleasant. He has my 5 star recommendation or 10 if it went that high.
