The PFCU loan team has been awesome this year both on my Jeep and getting us the funds to fence the yard in.
The staff is very courteous and friendly. They were great with helping our business open an account.
I called to report my debit card lost. I was connected with a man who spoke english so bad i had a hard time understanding him. I told him i needed to report my card as lost and he asked for my card number....hmmm...i dont have it the card is lost i say. He gets my name.... social#..zip code...account number then tells me he will try to pull up my account. Well holy hell what other info could i possibly give so he can pull up my account? He then asks what name is on the card....if i can remember. This person was extremely rude and made a simple task of deactivating my debit card a nightmare. Not to mention i had to keep saying can you repeat that because he was very hard to understand. When I asked if my card is now deactivated all he said was is there anything else i need. I am actually concerned he didnt do anything to my card. That is not my idea of customer service at all.
Lacie is Aweome! Extremely helpful and has a great personality. This is my favorite location by far.
