Would not work with quicken ever again. During the early part of the process, they make themselves great and easy to work with. They say whatever they need to in order to get the deal. As soon as you are past the point of no return, they immediately start going back on the promises they make and their sense of urgency all but disappears. They are a shady company. They have extended a rate lock on our behalf that we did not ask for an extension on, costing us gobs more money in interest and rate lock fees. They had zero sense of urgency in scheduling a Final appraisal and closing this week upon the completion of our home, so now my wife and I are forced to be homeless for another 8 days even though our house passed final inspection 2 days ago. They have known for months that our situation was time sensitive and no one put any urgency into getting the appraisal scheduled. They have changed our closing costs dozens of times, seemingly without explanation. After the seller agreed to concessions, they took the $2500 in concessions supposedly for closing and yet the closing costs remained virtually the same. But then you go back to a previously posted quote on their app and they remove them so that they cannot be held accountable. If you are working with this god awful company, print paper copies of anything you get from them, get any promises they make in the initial part of the process in writing. Definitely would recommend a different company though.
Our banker, Angel Gonzales was simply amazing. He helped us to close the deal withing 3 weekend, before the closing date. I would recommend Angel to all of my friends and family. He is awesome.
I tried to refinance my house with Quiken loans.They sent an appraiser out that I paid for and they did not like the appraised value of my house. They thought it was too high. They also tried to say my house is in a flood plain which it isn't. So I paid for another appraisal which they thought was too high. They finally found an appraiser on the third time that undervalued my house. No problem though I got refinanced at another financial institution with a better rate after the first appraisal.
Harassed non-stop for days. i put a block on the number they were calling me from. 2 hours later they called again from another number. refused to listen that i was no longer interested. i woundn't use this company EVER. I would recommend others to stay away also. was forced to give one star. should be a criminal charge for harassment.
I like doing business with them. Because they always keep me updated about the load that i am doing with them.They keep on doing the follow up to make more correspond to the business and give the property to make it worth to have. It is clean and be more worth using them.
