Nicole has been very good with my wife and me and helping us with our banking needs. We moved near this location and have received good service and help with our needs. I feel good about calling Nicole and the rest of the staff and getting answers about our questions. The ATM is the drawback when it is not accepting money or checks after hours. This Genysis is amazing. All of the staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Emily has been helping me build my credit over the last couple of years. She's helped me with a few personal loans and has taught me so much about credit and banking. I can't thank her enough! These are such important life skills that I have not been taught in school or by anyone in my life. She's always gone above and beyond every time she's helped me. :)
Got my first auto loan here, they were a bit more lenient towards my credit score since I was just starting to rebuild my credit. The banker that helped me was very helpful and tried her best to give me the best options for me to save money. However I was not impressed with their rates, especially on used vehicles, I was paying 13% interest rate on a used audi, which I think was pretty steep. One thing I think that they could also improved on is their online banking, it is very difficult to access my account which you actually need to call the bank first before you can do anything online. Overall I give this bank about 3.5 stars.
I love Genisys credit union, I have been a member for years. But as far as this location goes, don't ask them to count money for you because it's clearly not in their job title or it is really hard task for them. I just had to deal with A bunch of young girls who should probably should take a class on counting cash
Emily is very helpful and informative and helped me out with opening a checking account here. Would recommend to all my friends and family if she didn't know them all by name because theyve been seeing her for years. 10/10 A++++
