Went in yesterday 12/6. There were 4 people in front of me and 1 teller. And she had to be the slowest person on Earth. Spent almost a hour there. She had to count the money 3 times too!
They know your name and who you are soooo personal for sure like I come in and she goes pulls my file she needs to be on a TV show and it's not just me I've been in line and the three people in front of me she knew there names too ethier she super smart or they have a facial recognition camera at the door ethier way still Kool in and out fast service if nowons in 10 min tops your with cash in hand just my thoughts
I took out a loan, then entered into a repayment plan. Made my first payment on the day that I was suppose to. The payment cleared my bank account but did not post to the store. The store deposits my entire check ontop of my first payment which was completed online. I contacted customer service who told me that if I provided a bank statement to the store showing that the amount cleared they would refund the repayment amount. I arrive to the Centerline location and was told by Sonya that I had to wait 3 to 5 days regardless if I had my bank statement or not. I called customer service and was placed on hold for 39 minutes and 20 seconds. Customer service advised Sonya to refund the money, which she again refused to do. Customer service ultimately said it was up to the store after trying to convince her several times to refund the money. I allowed 4 customers in front of me as I patiently waited on hold for customer service. When I finally got them on the line Sonya continue on faxing and stapling papers as if helping me wasn't urgent. I was in there a little over an hour and still don't have my refund. Sonya finally decides to call around for help after a whole hour of doing completely nothing. And whoever she called stated that they're going to call customer service to get instructions on what to do. Are you kidding me,Sonya heard the representative tell her to refund the money!So now I have to wait for a call back from her supervisor, unbelievable!
