We are new to the area and needed a new bank, A very rude teller straight up refused to open a account for me for no reason at all, just said no I will not do that. I just walked out. Guess they don't need the business.
Cp is a good place to do business with ive been with them since the pamida days. staff are just ok unless you do the drive tru sat there 10 min. While. The cashier was talking finally had to go inside to do my banking hope this. Don't keep up / went inside twice after above post/waited inline only 2 people working 1 at drive tru and that was all she did another with a customer for 15min. Way understaffed guess I need to start goin to jackson because they don't care in brooklyn. Didn't even get an apology for having to wait not sure if cp is as good as it used to be since it moved
I remember switching over to cp Federal years ago when they were located in Pamada long time ago. Not once have I ever felt stolen from or screwed over unlike other credit unions and banks in town. I'm so glad they moved to the new location where Bank of America used to be cuz now they have a much better atm and you dont even gotta get out of your car no more.
Long time customer. Really unhappy you're closed today (the day after Thanksgiving) its a friday and I cannot cash my check and I have to work tomorrow so you wont be open by the time I'm put of work.
