Did not want to give them a star at all, I waited on hold for 45 minutes and still could not get through. I had a customer here trying to get a payoff on his car and called multiple numbers for this bank and it's locations. There customer service is terrible and answering service is unbelievably slow and unfriendly. The customer says he will not be doing service with them in the future. I can see if you called at busy times or lunch but from 9am -9:45 on wait is un called for. I tried 5 different extensions including speak with a person or operator and nothing. Will be blasting you all.
Employee Francine At the Brighton location needs to be fired or punished for her actions today May 20, 2019 as she was very rude and snobby today when I arrived to Themis branch when one of the other employees told me to go to her window she refused and made a rude and ignorant face and wouldn’t help me. She needs to do her job as she is paid to do and if not needs to go find a new job somewhere else. There is no need for this to take place!!!
Very irritated that you can't speak to a human being when you call.
This place doesn't follow it's own policy. Its employees lie and they discuss account information with people who are not associated with the names on the account. Not trust worthy.
Best. Bank. Ever. I haven't visited any other branches, but this one is amazing. The tellers are always smiling and friendly and everything is super easy. I only wish they had more locations further north.
