Where to start. First off, as a matter of background we have been in continuous operation here in Eastpointe for over 70 years. As you might expect, we have had many processors for our credit cards. BEWARE OF FULLPAYMENT. After years of using Fullpayment we were required by our bank to switch over to their serving for our credit card volume with less than 5% of our contract left (after being a faithful customer for 2 years, 10 months of a 3 year agreement) Fullpayment stuck us with a $595.00 fee for making the change over and told us we were lucky they didn't charge us a lot more. BEWARE OF THE FINE PRINT!!!!!! The owner of this company, Ted Fuller, talks a good game but when it comes down to it he isn't afraid to take your money if he sees an opportunity to do so. After several phone calls talking to his assistant trying to get the matter resolved he refuses to set up a meeting to discuss the situation. Apparently he is content having the ability to just "take our hard earned money directly out of our account with no recourse". We take pride in operating our business based on the principals of doing what's right by our customers, it seems to us that FULLPAYMENT and Ted Fuller DO NOT share in those values. Shame on you Ted Fuller.
