I’m not one to write negative reviews, but we had such a hard time working with Justin Holyszko that I feel obligated to warn people. Communication was abysmal, wouldn’t hear back from him for days, and when problems arose with our loan, he was not interested in problem solving. We let our realtor know we were having issues communicating with Justin, to which he replied that Justin was “preparing to receive a golf award (?) and was very busy”, hence the delay in communication. Personal matters shouldn’t affect a loan officer’s ability to serve a client. We ended up switching to a different company and loan officer, and quickly closed on our home thereafter. Working with Justin was extremely difficult, and prolonged our closing process by weeks. If you enjoy prompt communication and a creative problem solver, skip this place/person.
Such an amazing company! Justin was extremely helpful when it came to helping us get preapproved for a home. They can do so much more than any bank can. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is shopping for a home. Will definitely be sharing with friends and family our wonderful experience with this exceptional company. Rick Warner is absolutely amazing. He is always right on time, calls you with any and every update. Absolutely amazing. He walked us through everything (as he was our first time buying a home). We had a terrible experience with them. We were given bad advice, and no body could answer questions for us. We were kept in the dark for our entire morgage process. If I could give them zero stars I would. The only people that were any help was Sheila and Breanne they were amazing.
