From the moment I first met with Allison and set up our business banking, through the daily smiles and conversations during deposits, up to the closing on a mortgage for our new house with Tina, and working with Stephanie and Jake to navigate a new SBA loan, this branch has been INCREDIBLE to me. I appreciate them so much.
This bank is great! The tellers really learn their customers and provide that friendly, community vibe. Stephanie is awesome and always really helpful. She always works really hard to connect me to the best service for what I need and seems to enjoy answering all of my questions. Jake is nice too. This bank also supports the community by donating and volunteering!
I enjoy this location! The staff is friendly and the management really seems to have a good handle on things. 10/10... or rather, 5/3, would recommend!
The staff here is 5/3 rude to nice ratio. I really do not like dealing with one of the tellers, she is not friendly and looks at you as if you are stupid. 5/3 is all about what they can sell you and how many fees they can charge. I would recommend banking elsewhere, I hope to someday.
Branch manager and district manager both can't keep a story straight for the love of god if you can't be honest with your customers while should I keep my accounts with you. Still waiting on on overdraft refunds that were promised weeks ago. Never will anyone my family use this bank!!
