Been a long time member (since 1989). ITCU has always been great to work with.
Tamara J. was friendly and curious. Made the whole experience a joy. Asking for the account number is a good idea for over the phone/ on-line banking, moves things along.
This place is bad news. We have had several issues with them, the most prevalent and recent is not being able to get a hold of them. There is no direct line to branch and if you don't know your account number you physically have to go up to the branch to get service. All we wanted to do was pay off our account and now my husband has to use his lunch to drive an hour just to pay off our account so we no longer need to deal with these idiots. Not practical and we are closing our account today and will never do business with them again.
Terrible bank Nothing but problems No solutions No call backs
The worst customer service experience I have experienced in my life. I've been to this credit union 3 times and everytime they made me feel like I was criminal trying to steal my money. With the finger prints and walking in and out of the room to go speak to the manager for verification. I hate to be that guy but if you need to go there and you are a minority expect to get treated like you stole something.
