They take so long just to report back waiting a long time just to receive my car even though the paperwork was all done
Not worth it, I had actually taken time out of my day to go 30minutes out of my way to to lot. Upon my arrival i found out not only was i blatantly lied to i was also treated like a human being without a molecule of sense in my brain. My whole experience was so of putting that i would never recommend your dealership to anyone. Walking through the door a gentleman whom helped process my application was being yelled at in the most ghetto manner i have ever witnessed by a customer for the lies that she had been feed for over a week. i decided to give the benefit of the doubt and still sat down with him to talk. I had expected there to be cars with manual transmission around the model year i was in search of as i was informed by sandy there was a few on the lot. the guy i worked with rudely informed me that no one drives standard anymore and them pretty much told me i could not afford what i was looking for but that we could look for something else in the lot. I wont ever go back, and i hope this makes it to the right channels
They are the maximum expression of unprofessional sales associates. They don’t have tact, are irrelevant on the customer needs, does not even know the basic principles on marketing and the manager could improve a little bit his way of speaking. Looks like some punk taking out of a bird box.
I must say I went in very skeptical about this place I read the reviews was not expecting much. I met with Lee as my salesman I was taken back at how well I was treated. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. I have issues with credit they worked hard and I got a 2018 Jeep Compass with lower they expected payments. Again I want to thank Lee for the help and before knocking this place if you read reviews try it they made a new happy customer Thank You
Today is January 7th I was called by sandy saying I was pre approved for a car that they had posted I set up a time to go in and take a look at it and hopefully buy it. I get to 35 millbrook st and the car is no where to be seen accept for a bunch of washed up lease returns and repos I walk in and all they want first thing is my info like my ID my social my address. At this point I’m set back because one the person I set the appointment with isn’t even here two the car that I wanted isn’t even there and they couldn’t find it in the system. Once I started feeling uncomfortable the guy kicked me out. BE WARY OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!
