They need to hire more staff. Do not come here if you have less than an hour to waste waiting. They also don't honor appointments. I was told to make an appointment online but it was a meaningless gesture. Will never come back here even though it's the closest location to my house.
Very poor service. Only one teller long lines and wait times.other employees unable to help."not my job description". Waited 35 minutes to be told they couldn't let me withdraw money without a supervisor. Supervisor was out sick and again no-one able to help. As customers vented their frustration.
Worst customer service... Employees are happy to direct you to the website or the Atm though
Terrible customer service. Always one teller. Lines are horrendous. Try going on a Friday. Just pitiful. I am thinking of pulling out my account and going to another bank. The teller Ameline is nice. The management had better wise up and put in at least 3 more tellers
