Waited in line for 15min to change a $100 bill into $1s. Only 1 person working at 130pm on a Friday. Edit: I never got my $1s because the person I had told I needed the change to, decided to go back into his office without giving the teller the money she needed. When I finally got up to the teller she said “one moment” then proceeded to walk all over the place accomplishing nothing. A few minutes later she comes back and asks if she could take the next customer while I waited. I waited over 20min already! For nothing! This is a bank with no money in it apparently. I then left and went to Auburndale Village and got my change in under 30seconds. They had at least 3 tellers when I walked in. Don’t use this bank if you can avoid it. They don’t care about their customers. I’m now thinking of moving my accounts elsewhere.

This bank does not allow parking after business hours in their parking lot. They will tow anyone at anytime -regardless of banking or non-banking hours. Understandably they should be able to provide parking for customers during banking hours but it seems a bit unfriendly and definitely not a "community bank" if they are so strict on parking after business hours. I would not recommend banking with such an unfriendly bank that "prides" itself on being a community bank. That is laughable.
I wish there is 0star. Worst service ever! Wish I have never had an account with them!
