I had a very short window to get approved and closed for an auto loan because my car was totaled. They were very fast and extremely accommodating to me even though at the time I was very stressed impatient and anxious. I greatly appreciate they’re patience, hard work and dedication to their jobs cause they made it happen for me and were very kind and accommodating to someone who was stressed and not as polite and patient as I should have been. I just withdrew under $3000 at this location without ID, a card or a password. Thats terrifying.
Love this credit union!!! So far, I haven't had any issues whether I'm conducting everyday banking business or seeking help with loans. The employees are friendly and easy to speak to. Definitely not what you would normally find dealing with larger franchised banks.
