Letting ppl skip line because its "faster" for employees. Like the other customers that have been waiting don't wanna leave any sooner.
The place is ridiculous. I went to pick up money from a international business transfer. The forms placed in the rack for customers to receive or send money were completely wrong. After the tellers finally finished talking (in Spanish which I speak too), I was called and told to complete a different form. Typically the MTCN for Western Union is sufficient but they wanted my phone number. This place is very unprofessional.
