Worst branch I have ever been too! Only 1 agent working the counter. 6 other people working there walking around doing nothing to help the lady service everyone in line. Went in to get a bankers check, it took 40 minutes to get help. Made my husband and I late to our meeting. Make sure if you have to go to this branch, give yourself an hour of time to do a simple transaction that takes 5-15 minutes at another location.
No one ever answers the number listed on their directory. 1/5 Recommend they get a working phone.
10 people waiting in line and they have 1 teller. It makes zero sense. The bank itself has 10 teller windows and has 1TELLER! If you come in here be you better have a clear schedule.

Lousy disrespectful and racist. The Asian are beyond rude to other minorities. Unfortunately that's the attitude around her especially in local businesses in wallaston! My question is; why would Bank Of America tolerate this! Money is green!!!
